Order days and cut off times

All orders placed before 3pm GMT (Monday - Thursday) will be classed as that day's order and the Express delivery service will be available (subject to product types purchased). Any orders placed after 3pm GMT will be treated as the following day's order.
Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be available for Express Delivery on the next available working day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over a weekend (Saturday / Sunday) will be classed as Monday orders and be available for Express Delivery for the next working day - again this is subject to product types purchased.
* - Bank Holidays may be excluded from this 
 

Delivery costs

Express Delivery - £ 17.50
Standard Delivery  - FREE / Value of the order less than £50.00 then £6.50

As of the 1st April 2022, Draeger UK Ltd will introduce a carriage charge of £6.50 on any standard delivery DrägerShop order with the value of less than £50.00. This is a result of an unprecedented number of external influences which have significantly affected the cost of manufacturing and transport.

Delivery of Hazardous Goods

Due to the potentially hazardous nature of some of our products (eg. some tubes, compressed air products etc.), it may not always be possible to deliver next day. Wherever possible we will notify you of this fact on the product detail page of the website.
